Isaiah W. Lees

Isaiah W. Lees (1830 - 1902) was a detective and member of the San Francisco Police Department, Chief of Police between the years of 1897 and 1900. Lees' later served as Police Commissioner. He originally arrived in California during the Gold Rush and has been heralded as a brilliant detective.
