Isachar Fischer (b. Yugoslavia in 1929) is the founder of I. Fischer & Co., now known as Fischer, Behar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co.. He received his LL.B and M.Jur degrees from the Tel Aviv School of Law and Economics. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1958.
