Isaac Lawrence Milliken

Isaac Lawrence Milliken (born: August 29, 1815; died: December 2, 1885; buried in Rosehill Cemetery) served as mayor of Chicago, Illinois from 1854 to 1855. He was a member of the Democratic Party.
