[edit] Summary

A graph showing (in blue) the number of AfD nominations every day from 1 December 2005 to 30 July 2006 inclusive. The black line is the 7 day simple moving average (the data used for the 7 days preceding 1 December is suppressed for alignment purposes). The various stages of PROD's introduction are indicated: the document proposing PROD was announced on January 27, 2006 and PROD was available for use from 4 February 2006. The first deletions under PROD were therefore carried out on 9 February 2006.

Made by Splashtalk using the middle mouse button, carpal tunnel syndrome, MATLAB, plot2svg and Inkscape. No bots were involved in the production of this message. The human involved relied on the table-of-contents each day and so was able to cope with days where that gets broken by additional section headings. It did not count joint-nominations of which there are few anyway. Any relistings that have been moved from one day to another will only have been counted on whichever day they were in when the human was run.
