[edit] Monopoly on Rental Properties

The Irvine company has a monopoly-hold on the rental properties in Irvine and much of the rest of Tustin and Newport Beach. As a result, it is impossible to find affordable rental housing in the City of Irvine. What's more, residents are faced with across-the-board rate increases each year above the actual value of housing in the area. Residents cannot find relief through competition. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.4.70.65 (talkcontribs).
