The Iron Horse Regional Trail is a pedestrian and bicycle trail in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. This trail is located in inland central Alameda and Contra Costa counties, mostly following the right-of-way of the former tracks of the Southern Pacific Railroad. It passes through the cities of Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill and Concord. When completed, the trail will span from Livermore in central Alameda County to Suisun Bay at the northern edge of Contra Costa County.

The trail has several bridges to help traffic flow better, notably the bridge over Ygnacio Valley Road. Others are in the planning process.
