Fixes

I have noticed that a number of times links go to the wrong instance of two people/places that share the same name. I am trying to fix these links where I see them. So far, I have fixed:-

• Links that were going to Cathal Coughlan (Musician), which should have been going to Cathal Coughlan (Politician)
• Links that were going to Kent Station (Disambiguation), which should have been going to Kent Station (Cork)
• Links that were going to Monkstown, which should have been going to Monkstown, County Cork, Monkstown, Dublin or Monkstown, County Antrim
