Ireneusz Jeleń (born April 9, 1981 in Cieszyn) is a Polish footballer who plays as a striker for AJ Auxerre in France.

On 28 June 2006, Jeleń signed for Auxerre from Polish First league club Wisła Płock, where he scored 12 goals in 23 league appearances during the 2005-06 season.

As of July 2006, Jeleń has 12 caps with the Polish national team. He was selected for the 23-man squad that took part in the 2006 FIFA World Cup finals in Germany and played in all three of the Group A games, almost scoring with an impressive shot that hit the crossbar against Ecuador. His trademarks are speed and acceleration.

On 9 September 2006, Jeleń scored his first goal with Auxerre in the French Ligue 1 against Monaco.
