[edit] License tagging for Image:MuhammadAliJinnah.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:MuhammadAliJinnah.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 23:05, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blanking
I'm not sure why you blanked comments in Talk:Pakistan, but I'd assume in good faith that it was a technical problem, not an intentional one. Thanks. --Ragib 18:52, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Why I contribute to Islam-related articles
Iquadri, I'm from the US, and it's my way of dealing with the fact that some Muslims would be happy to kill me. I started reading about Islam after 9/11. The Buddhist (and Hindu) approach towards other religions is, "You go by your path, I go by mine, but we're climbing the same mountain and will meet at the top" -- so I understand Islam by trying to understand what's true about it. Since I have an academic background (in anthropology and history) I bring that to the mix too. It's important to me to be fair, even if I'm writing articles about views I don't share.
I'm glad to say that I've met Muslims here whom I really respect, who are bright and reflective, and too many of whom, dang it, have gone on to other things. Wikipedia is heart-breaking. It's trying to fix the world by educating and taming all the ignorant, angry people one by one. Zora 18:32, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Help on Pakistan Occupied Kashmir
I believe this page serves as a propaganda page rather than being of any value as it only reiterates what is said on other pages. The Indian Occupied Kashmir page was removed, which was good, and this one should be too I'd say. Please input your opinion on the matter. Thanks. Tombseye 16:18, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hi
Hello Iquadri, how are you? Remember our quarrel on Jinnah picture in Pakistan? Anyway, the article on Muhammad Iqbal is in peer review. However, response has been lukewarm. Not really great input/suggestion from other users. Could you please check out the article and provide valuable constructive opinions so that the article can be improved to the level of a featured article? Thanks. Regards.--Dwaipayan (talk) 06:10, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
