IQ Crew

IQ Crew is a brand name for the test market PC Services department of Circuit City. It was initially rolled out in a limited number of markets, but soon made available nationwide in the US and in Canada. Circuit City has since gone on to rename it's services departments. The new name of Circuit City's service offering is now "firedog". firedog provides both computer support and home theater installation, along with additional services.
