Iowa Highway 12 is a state highway that runs from north to south across the state of Iowa. Highway 12 is a short state highway in Iowa, at 39 miles (63 kilometers) long. The northern terminus of Iowa 12 is in Hawarden. The southern terminus of Iowa Highway 12 is in Sioux City. It was designated as a a state highway in 1919.
