Ion Roată

Ion Roată (1806, Câmpuri, Vrancea County - February 19, 1882, Gura Văii), also known as Moş Ion Roată, was a Romanian peasant, representative in the Moldavian ad hoc Divan and a strong supporter of the Unification of Moldavia and Wallachia and of land reform in the United Principalities.
