In 1991, a United States-based investment company took over the helm and currently owns the brand name and trademarks, and markets watches under the Invicta banner.

Swiss-made watches are labeled as such, and the far-east watches are labeled with the country of origin of their movement (i.e., "Swiss Movement" or "Japan Movement". Invicta utilizes ETA (Swiss) and Miyota (Japanese) movements in their product lines.
Apart from the Invicta line, the Invicta Watch Group is also responsible for the S. Coifman, Activa, Brizo, Potger Pietri, Pastorelli and Technica lines.
