Is it really a University.

Well, they grant masters degrees, and it's pretty well known so i don't think france would let them call themselves a university if it was not accredited. --220.245.178.133 11:18, 15 September 2005 (UTC)

ISU is really a university. ISU's masters degree programs were granted formal accreditation by the French government in 2004. It's annual Summer Session program, operational since 1988, provides graduates with a Certificate of Completion which is recognized by some universities for transfer course credits.
