Intisar al-Wazir

Intisar Mustafa Mahmud al-Wazir (b. 1941/42) is a Palestinian politician.

She was born in Gaza and studied in Damascus.

She is the widow of Khalil al-Wazir, also known as Abu Jihad, an assassinated Palestinian leader.

She was elected to the Palestinian Legislative Council in 1996, and became minister for social affairs in the Palestinian Authority.

She was re-elected in 2006 as no. 3 on the Fatah list.
