Intimate examination

In BDSM, an intimate examination is an examination of someone's genitalia and anus, often with the intent of embarrassing or humiliating the person. It may involve handling and twisting of the penis and testicles. It is often part of a medical scene (in which case a speculum or other medical tool may be used) or a tie and tease, and may be a prelude to masturbation or the insertion of a butt plug.
