Headquartered in London, England, it is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: ITRK) and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. A division of Intertek, called "Caleb Brett", originated in 1885 in England by a farmer named "Caleb Brett" performing independent inspection services from a single "inspection house" in London. Over the last century, the company "Caleb Brett" has grown to become a global size company and has offices in over 200 countries. Intertek Caleb Brett specializes in the inspection, testing and certification of chemicals, crude oil and fuels that are traded in foreign trade zones around the world and transported aboard ships and barges.
