Interstate 95 Business is a business loop of Interstate 95 entirely within Cumberland County, North Carolina. It runs from Hope Mills to just south of Wade, passing through the heart of Fayetteville. The entire route, except for two short segments at its northern and southern termini, is concurrent with US 301. The 15-mile route is mostly an expressway, and is an urban boulevard in downtown Fayetteville. Unlike other business interstate loops in the state, I-95 Business was not the old temporary routing of I-95 before the new freeway east of Fayetteville was constructed. In downtown Fayetteville, I-95 Business is cosigned as Eastern Boulevard.
