The Interstate 78 Toll Bridge carries Interstate 78 between Williams Township, Pennsylvania and Phillipsburg, New Jersey over the Delaware River. Opened on November 21, 1989, it is operated by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.
The span has an overall length of 1,222 feet (372 m) and is a twin four grider span. There is only one toll plaza for the bridge; this is for traffic heading west into Pennsylvania. It has seven lanes, and includes E-ZPass.
