Business Loop I-69 is a route that took over the old US 27 route inside of Coldwater. It is a city street for the entire 5 miles of the route. The route starts just outside of the city of Coldwater at Exit 10 which is known as Fenn Rd. After a brief period on Fenn it turns north into the city using Angola Rd. Upon entering the near city center at US 12 and Angola St it turns east and travels on the highway which is known as Chicago St. From there it terminates into the interstate and completing the loop.
