Interstate 169 (abbreviated I-169) is a proposed interstate highway in the southern United States. It is a proposed redesignation of State Route 22 from U.S. Highway 51 in Union City, Tennessee east to U.S. Highway 45E in Martin, Tennessee.

The existing roadway is mostly constructed to Interstate highway standards; however, the interchange with U.S. 51 in Union City is substandard and there are no immediate plans for a direct connection to I-69, which will be located approximately two miles north of the U.S. 51/SR 22 interchange.
