Interscope-Geffen-A&M is an American record label Group, owned by Universal Music Group. The company was formed in 1999, when Geffen Records and A&M Records were merged into Interscope Records—the flagship imprint of the operation.

Intescope-Geffen-A&M also encompasses Aftermath Entertainment, Cherrytree Records, Delicious Vinyl, Mosley Music Group, Octone Records, will.i.am Music Group, as well as the back catalogue of Polydor Records.

Notable acts under the Intescope-Geffen-A&M umbrella include: Limp Bizkit, 2Pac, 50 Cent, Bryan Adams, All American Rejects, Black Eyed Peas, Mary J. Blige, Sheryl Crow, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Nelly Furtado, Enrique Iglesias, Marilyn Manson, Maroon 5, Pussy Cat Dolls, Ashlee Simpson, Gwen Stefani, and Sting.
