International Wireless Care is a division under Cingular Wireless that supports their customer bases international roaming and dialing questions and concerns. Based in Paramus, New Jersey, and Victoria, British Columbia the department takes inbound calls for customers who are about to travel overseas with their GSM wireless phones. International Wireless Care educates the customer on how to use their device before sending them off.

International Wireless Care also plays the role of a technical desk under the network operations group of Cingular Wireless they take calls from customers who are already roaming in countries around the world that are having difficulty with services such as GSM, GPRS, EDGE, Text Messaging, as well as UMTS.

Right now the International Wireless Care department of Cingular employees over 240 people between its two centres.
