The International Pinot Noir Celebration (IPNC) is held each year on the last weekend in July. The venue is the campus of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.

The first celebration was in 1986. Pinot noir producers from all over the world are invited to attend. The event is open to the general public by prior ticket. The three-day event cost $795 in 2006.
