International Baptist Network

The International Baptist Network (IBN) began with a formal meeting September 27, 2004. The IBN was discussed in the Baptist Bible Tribune in 2003. Many members of the IBN engage in contemporary worship. All members hold to the Georgia Baptist Confession of 2004. The organization exists as a counter to the more traditional Sword of the Lord group.

The nature of the IBN is that it is a network giving those who participate the freedom to continue as active members of other groups. Many members of the Southern Baptist Convention have found the IBN to be a good connection to other Baptist leaders.
