Intention tremor

Intention tremor is a dyskinetic disorder characterized by voluntary withering in an attempt to coordinate delicate movements, caused by slow proprioception and coordination.
Intention tremors are caused by lesions in the lateral cerebellum. They are often accompanied by: asynergia/dysmetria, decomposition, hypometria, hypermetria, dysdiadochokinesia, and ansynergia of the ipsilateral limb.
