[edit] Trivia

  • The popular song "Wizard of the Hood" derives from the song, "Wizard of Delray" (found here), which is the first known recording of the song. It was re-recorded with different lyrics for the Dog Beats tapes/albums and then re-recorded again with different lyrics for the Insane Clown Posse debut album, the Carnival of Carnage, again titled "Wizard of the Hood". Finally it is the name of Violent J's debut solo album Wizard of the Hood, which goes further into the story of J's trip to "Oz".
