Talk:Institute of Psychiatry
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It appears user 194.83.138.251, at 12.02 on 21 Dec 04 borrowed the entirety of an article on the history of the Institute of Psychiatry from their in house magazine, Viewpoint, published late November 2004. The article starts on page 13 of the PDF. Found through using Google to look up some text. --Coffeelover 11:29, 6 Jun 2005 (UTC)
I work there and was involved with the writing of Viewpoint at that time. If this is a copyright issue I can secure this. Please get in touch if this would be helpful. I will also ask someone to expand this. --PaulWicks 19:15, 10 September 2005 (UTC)
I've had the all clear to use this material from the journalist who wrote it, Jane Smith from Inside Out. Errr, I don't really know how to post that up in a particularly authoritative fashion, after all I might be making it up! But I'm not, honestly. I've worked with Jane on a few things and she's very nice. May I may be struck down by wiki-lightning if I'm lying. --PaulWicks 16:59, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
Update: Ah, now someone else has said that we should use more current content. I will write something soon... --PaulWicks 17:32, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
Could Neuropath get a mention? Notreallydavid 03:19, 8 December 2006 (UTC) (I worked in Neuroscience from '87 to '89, not that that's relevant here.)
Oh, and Psychological Medicine. Notreallydavid 03:24, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
