[edit] OG and Gang number

Does anyone know what "OG" stands for, and what a gang number is? The article references both but does not explain. --TeaDrinker 01:01, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

"OG" stands for Original Gangster, pronounced Original Gangsta. An "OG" is an older member of a gang or rather one who's been puttin' in work for a long time and is still alive to reep the fruits of his labor. They are also referred to as veterans or generals. Known OG's include Tray Deee and the infamous Monster Kody (I'm surprised no article was written about him). --Pinochii
