Institute for the International Education of Students

The Institute for the International Education of Students, or IES, is a not-for-profit that provides premier study abroad programs for U.S. college-aged students. Founded in 1950 as the Institute for European Studies, the organization has since been renamed to reflect offerings in South America, Australia, and New Zealand. Over 60,000 students have studied abroad on IES programs since its founding.
