Inside Time is a national newspaper for prisoners in the UK. First published in December 1990 as 'Time', the name was changed after the third issue due to a legal challenge from Time Magazine. 40,000 copies of each issue are distributed free throughout the UK prison estate.

Originally a quarterly publication, the newspaper now appears monthly. It contains news, a letters page, a monthly column by Rachel Billington and contributions from others such as Jonathan King. Inside Time is also widely used by solicitors specialising in prison law as a means of advertising.

The company behind the newspaper is a wholly owned subsidiary of New Bridge, a charity working with prisoners, founded by the late Lord Longford.
