"Insane in the Brain" was a hit single for the American hip hop group Cypress Hill. It was released in 1993 and reached number 19 in the Hot 100 chart, and number 1 in the U.S. rap chart. The song was released on the group's Black Sunday album.
Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine covered this as a Tango Lounge style on the 2002 album Tuxicity.

- The Simpsons episode "Homerpalooza" included the song being briefly played by the London Symphony Orchestra. The band believed that they had ordered the orchestra while high.
