The Insane Crips are a Crip gang located on the Eastside of Long Beach, California and very well may be the largest Crips gang in Long Beach. The gang also refers to themselves as "The I" and since the gangs' number is 21, they are also called "The 21s". They wear black and silver/gray as well as Oakland Raiders gear for gang identification. The younger generation form the division called "Youth Foundation Crips" or YFC, and the other division is called "Baby Insane Gang". Their main rivals would be the East Side Longos13 and the Rollin' 20 Crips who are both also on the Eastside. They also don't get along with any Latino gangs in the city of Long Beach particularly the Varrio Longo13 gang. They do however, get along with the Hoover Criminal Gang of the area which forms the "Hoosane" alliance. They also have feud with the West Coast Crips on the Westside of Long Beach.

Rapper Tray Deee is an OG of the Insane Crips, and one of the last members from the original crew. His former rap partners from Tha Eastsidaz, Snoop Dogg and Goldie Loc, are both affiliated with rival gang, the Rollin 20's.
