[edit] 4th paragraph needs clarification.

In the 4th paragraph it reads "Some breath-activated inhalers do not require manual activation, but will automatically sense the patient breathing in and deliver the dose.

What is meant by breath activated? Is it an add on or supplemental device like Turbo or what? A Dry Powder Inhaler needs to be set up or triggered in some mannor.

Not for sure what to do?

Added Information to this talk page. I discovered the self contained MDI, possibly being of what is stated, is sold in the UK. under the the Easi-Breathe brand.
