Inhale Exhale is a Christian metalcore band from Canton, Ohio. The band was formed in 2005, and they are currently signed onto Solid State Records.

The band has already achieved popularity in the Christian music scene, primarily because of the band's members. Guitarist John LaRussa is a former member of the band Narcissus, bassist Brian Pittman is a former member of the band Relient K, drummer Bobby Poole II is formally of the Christian ska band Buck Enterprises, and lead singer Ryland Raus is formerly of the band Widdlesworth. [1]

The band's first album, The Lost. The Sick. The Sacred., was originally to be released in October 2006. However, after the band announced that lead vocalist Andy Levy had left for unexplained reasons, Inhale Exhale went back into the studio to re-record the album with their new lead vocalist, Ryland Raus. As a result, the album's release date was pushed back to November 21, 2006.
