Ingo Preminger

Ingwald "Ingo" Preminger (25 February 1911 - 6 June 2006) was a film producer.

He was born in Czernowitz, Austria-Hungary (now Cernovcy, Ukraine) and died in Pacific Palisades California. He won an Academy Award for the 1970 film M*A*S*H and also produced The Salzburg Connection in 1972.

Ingo Preminger studied law and worked as a lawyer in Vienna before emigrating to the United States. His brother was the producer-director Otto Preminger. Ingo was married to his wife Kate for more than seventy years.

His daughter, Eve Preminger, is a New York City judge.
