A special Australian 5 year old boy famous for playing "Oscar" on the hit TV show Neighbours. Ingo was first cast for the part in 2003 when Gerald Dammer-Smith brought his new son onto the set and the directors thought he would be perfect to play the Sculleys new child. Ingo Dammer-Smith suffers from Mcinally syndrome which causes developmental delay and is why even though he is 5 is still unable to talk. His appearance begs the question do special children have an unfair advantage in being cast?
