This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.

It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of promotional material

to illustrate the work or product being discussed;
where the image is unrepeatable, i.e. a free image could not be created to replace it;
on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,

The image was proposed for deletion as a replaceable fair use image. The result of the debate was to Keep the image as no adequate free-licensed image exists or can be created.

I would suggest that this picture meets all the Wikipedia:Fair use criteria, as follows: 1. The amount of copyrighted work used should be as little as possible. Low-resolution images should be used instead of high-resolution images (especially images that are so high-resolution that they could be used for piracy). Do not use multiple images or media clips if one will serve the purpose adequately.

2. Fair use images may be used only in the article namespace.

3. The image or media description page must contain:

3-a Proper attribution of the source of the material, and attribution of the copyright holder (if it is different).
