Template talk:Infobox Spacecraft

Changed Satellite of to Satellite or flyby of, as this template is used on several missions that didn't enter orbitRicnun 09:45, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

There should be a seperate parameter for that probably. I'll try and work on it tonight. -Ravedave (help name my baby) 14:29, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
I created a "Flyby_Of" field to keep track of them. --Bkkbrad 15:11, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
Great, this should alow the infobox to give much more precise info about much of the missions!Ricnun 17:05, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] NSSDC_ID

Now there is an article for NSSDC ID (a redriect to International Designator). Perhaps it should link there instead of to NSSDC? And perhaps we should add the Satellite Catalog Number too. Kricke 12:43, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

With multi-craft missions like STEREO, we need the ability to designate multiple NSSDC IDs in this infobox. Is there a way to do that now? Is there a way to add that capability? MissionControl 14:06, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
I added two infoboxes on, for example, Astrid (satellites). One for each craft. But all other data on those are different too. Can you not just add both ID in the same cell? For example: "2006-XXXA and 2006-XXXB"? Kricke 21:11, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
