I like it, for the most part. Do we really need country? Postal code is not RS-number, it's just number. How is "established" in the example after "city status"? A typo? Also, it's too general—too much parameters for a template to be used on 4 places; many things can be hard-coded in the transclusion rather than in the template code itself. In international postal service, we add HR, D, A, H, R, before postal code (example HR-32000, or D-48000) :)

Honestly, it's the first time I hear about such practice. "We" normally spell out the full name of the country when writing a postal address. Duja► 15:43, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
