could somebody put a blank right hand column so that we can complete the information (population, area etc.) for each province.

[edit] government websites
Now if the government website is not given, it will be defaulted to http://www.{{{name}}}.gov.tr, eg http://www.Adana.gov.tr
According to YerelNet, all government sites are like that, except that the province name is not capitalized. This (capitalization) won't cause problems with Windows computers, but I don't know about others. Please check. Thanks. denizTC 06:17, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
- It should not be a problem, none of the browsers I know mind capitals. Great work by the way :) Baristarim 06:30, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
- I am going to check the provinces names which have Turkish letters.Must.T C 09:47, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
- Ok. There is a systematic problem. If; province name include Turkish letters, we must supply; website= http://www.(Name in english).gov.tr. Otherwise, no need to supply anything for gov website.Must.T C 09:59, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

- Just the opposite, the national maps with the provinces were renamed to include the Turkish characters.. it is better to keep them, the article's names include the Turkish characters in any case. I hadn't followed the development of the template fully though.. Baristarim 17:57, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

- We can use PAGENAME, there (but PAGENAME includes the word "province"). Anyway, I'll just go over all the provinces, see the ones with only one map, like Karabuk and Gumushane, I am not going to do anything yet. If we insist on using Turkish characters, we won't be able to use the government website thing, as the government websites don't use Turkish characters. Also, using ğ in the filename might cause problems. denizTC 19:10, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

Should we add turkeyforecast.com as well (for weather forecasts)? Also should we keep links to the villages, are they notable? denizTC 19:45, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Map name change
Please take a look at Afyonkarahisar Province, Bingöl Province, Düzce Province, Gümüşhane Province, Karabük Province. These should be all. We can just download the maps, and rename them, then upload them. denizTC 20:36, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
