well, infrared cleaning is a good article name for the generic process. the trademarked info from ICE could be merged into infrared cleaning. but digital image enhancement is a much broader technology involving all sorts of photo-alteration and enhancement and needs a separate article: perhaps that article should just be called image enhancement.
