BEWARE: This is a "company" to stay away from! Although the membership companies intentions are good, IPSA “management” in Chicago leaves MUCH to be desired, both as customer and for membership companies. Plaguing this company are: Internal headquarters employee unrest, an absentee owner, accounting incompetence, poor service, and the big one: poor business ethics.

Stay away.

Highly recommended: Iron Mountain, Waste Management, Beaver, etc.
