Infinity cove

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In photography, an infinity cove is used to give the impression that the background of an object goes on for infinity. Types of photos that use these are the majority of marketing images where the product is in the foreground and the background is completely white.

Infinity coves range from a simple roll of paper to whole studios (often used for photographing cars). The principle of design is that everything behind the object is curved so that no edges can be seen.
