Industrial PC

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Industrial PC is the x86 PC-based computing platform for industrial application. Compared with the RISC-based and microprocessor-based computing platform, the PC-based industrial computing platform offers the advantages on the cost of systems and development with PC-based hardware and software.

Industrial PC offers the features different from the consumer PC on the reliability, compatibility, expansibility and long term supply.
