Individual Partnership Action Plan

NATO launched IPAPs at the November 2002 Prague Summit, Individual Partnership Action Plans (IPAPs) are open to countries that have the political will and ability to deepen their relationship with NATO.[1]
Currently IPAPs are in implementation with the following countries:
- Georgia (29 October 2004)
- Azerbaijan (27 May 2005)
- Armenia (16 December 2005)
- Kazakhstan (31 January 2006)
- Moldova (19 May 2006)
