Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) was formed in 1964 through the merger of Indian Oil Company Ltd. (Estd. 1959) and Indian Refineries Ltd. (Estd. 1958). IOCL is India's largest oil company and the largest PSU company in terms of revenue. As the name suggests its interests are in Petroleum sector. It is involved in the refining and retailing of petroleum products.

It holds controlling stake in CPCL limited which operates refinery at Chennai,etc. The total capacity is about 55.20 MMTPA.

  1. XTRAPOWER Fleet Card Program is aimed at Large Fleet Operators. Currently it has 1 million customer base.
  2. XTRAREWARDSTM is a recently launched loyalty program for retail customers where customers can earn reward points on their purchases.
