I remember my family bought a microwave from this joint way back in like 1995 or something. The one in Columbus, OH had a McDonald's in it!


I'm changing the bit about it being unclear whether or not Fry's bought the stores from Tandy or just bought empty buildings. It was definitely the former; I was actually an IU employee in Phoenix when Fry's came in and bought the place. The store never shut down, one day we were Tandy employees, the next day we were Fry's employees. Phanatic 19:50, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
