I did a major overhaul of this, mainly because it was pretty factually incorrect, contained personal deductions. What it needs now is to go indepth explaining of the topic,

• Why it occurs (social disadvantages).
• Ways used to mitigate it.
• Past examples of efforts taken around the world.
