The Incheon Bridge is a bridge currently under construction with a cable stayed bridge section which will be the second connection of Yeongjong Island and Incheon in South Korea. It is due to open in 2009. The bridge will be 12.3 km (7.4 mile) long, of which the most difficult part will be the cable-stayed bridge portion over the main sea route to Incheon port, with a main tower 230.5 m high, vertical clearance of 74 m (242ft) and five span lengths of 80m, 260m, 800m, 260m and 80m. The bridge is expected to cost over $ 1.4 billion (KRW1.25 trillion).
